Welcome to day 11. Today I did a 1-10-1 pyramid with ring pull ups, parallel bar dips, and bodyweight squats. This gave me 100 reps of each in 15:20. If you are short on time, but want to get some reps in, there is no better way than the pyramid. As you get better, you can go faster and work higher up the pyramid. There is no limit to how far you can take this type of training.
