We don’t sell and secrets, tricks, or gimmicks- just simple and effective training that will improve your physical fitness while also cultivating persistence, resolve and mental toughness.

 

Coaches 
Kyle Boggeman NSCA-CPT, TSAC-F, CSCS 

Ever since I was a kid, I’ve been interested in physical culture, health and athletic performance. I was introduced to strength and conditioning by my martial arts coaches at a young age, and while it started just as a way to improve my performance in martial arts, it grew into a separate passion. I have trained literally hundreds of athletes of all ages and levels and have 7 years of experience successfully preparing tactical athletes for various selection processes- everything from regional LE academies to elite units such as SWAT and Navy SEALs. 

Lara Boggeman, SDSC Co-Founder 

As an avid endurance athlete, I became interested in strength and conditioning as a result of my desire to improve my distance running and decrease my risk of injury. I have set multiple personal bests in both marathons and half marathons. My specialty is in programming endurance training for first time runners with goals from 5k to marathon.
