Ever since I was a kid, I’ve been interested in physical culture, health and performance. I was introduced to strength and conditioning by my martial arts coaches at a young age, and while it started just as a way to improve my performance in martial arts, it has grown into a distinct passion. I like to think I have a unique perspective and coaching approach- one based on my interest in science, and my love for philosophy, analysis and self-improvement.
As an avid endurance athlete, I became interested in strength and conditioning as a result of my desire to improve my distance running and decrease my risk of injury. I have set multiple personal bests in both marathons and half marathons.
